By accessing or using PLAY1X2 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is operated by Lukas Søgaard Hendel, Rådhusgade 2B, Denmark.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Predictions and Leagues

Predictions are final once the tournament begins. Scoring is calculated automatically based on official match results. League creators may customize which prediction categories are active for their league. The Service reserves the right to adjust scoring rules in case of extraordinary circumstances (e.g. match cancellations).

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it.
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate scores or rankings.
• Post offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content in any public area of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software provided through the Service are the property of Lukas Søgaard Hendel or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lukas Søgaard Hendel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
